The Dollar Tree is a place where I'm constantly finding hidden gems all for the low low of $1.25. You can't beat that. I paid $3.99 for Caramel Apple Trail Mix from Southern Grove. gIt has a blend of caramel apple flavored mini candy cups, yogurt flavored raisins, cinnamon cookie squares and caramel apple seasoned almonds. I'm a sucker for anything cinnamon flavored and this did not disappoint. Each one of the snacks is extremely tasty with just the right amount of sweetness, and the variety makes it even better. The only real con is the high calorie for one small serving. I won't be buying these again as if I'm going to have something higher calorie I'd want it to be tastier. I'm giving these a 7/10.<div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoZp5EEndBOOTakxNkWoSi9ZyN_BXS0M7v3bANJddVbphlnGoOiNXkpAmyUUqSerGJxlwQThZkLcu27T-fu6v1At8P8Ghrm57KecJUs6CHd-tXWrzySE55vQq7QDtdqzNWnCIqDoL0bGJoFTxiCLC8ya4W6f9K2YUqQOF5yji6AZ8tLZZky2PtRaCaVA/s1200/Caramel%20Apple%20Trail%20Mix.png" style="display: block; padding: 1em 0; text-align: center; "><img alt="" border="0" width="320" data-original-height="628" data-original-width="1200" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgoZp5EEndBOOTakxNkWoSi9ZyN_BXS0M7v3bANJddVbphlnGoOiNXkpAmyUUqSerGJxlwQThZkLcu27T-fu6v1At8P8Ghrm57KecJUs6CHd-tXWrzySE55vQq7QDtdqzNWnCIqDoL0bGJoFTxiCLC8ya4W6f9K2YUqQOF5yji6AZ8tLZZky2PtRaCaVA/s320/Caramel%20Apple%20Trail%20Mix.png"/></a></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-54612152845931000732019-10-06T14:19:00.000-04:002019-10-06T14:20:19.193-04:00New Product Alert<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">

I found these new products at Walmart. Cheeseburger Onion Rings definitely look interesting. The cheese balls are a definite. I'll post the review when I try them.

<br /></div>
I think Bravo has about the best chips out. Their nacho chips (although I can rarely find them now), are second only to old school Doritos to me. And the cheap cheese of overpriced stadium/movie theater nachos are everything. So I'll admit I was fairly enthused when I saw these stadium nachos at The Dollar Tree. I immediately grabbed the bag and <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigKdPRcVhyphenhypheneb0dINV1cPxMIUZbDZD-wGjmxwOlwOeWd7Pqj3iEfd1A8EJOjG7and273T1unJ4i9tcxl_b5nTa-TED__MAVonw9D4H-rcgT4sxNlyxFpP4BJgLRfLZTWcUxJMRvG5VZwnj0/s1600/IMG_0065.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigKdPRcVhyphenhypheneb0dINV1cPxMIUZbDZD-wGjmxwOlwOeWd7Pqj3iEfd1A8EJOjG7and273T1unJ4i9tcxl_b5nTa-TED__MAVonw9D4H-rcgT4sxNlyxFpP4BJgLRfLZTWcUxJMRvG5VZwnj0/s320/IMG_0065.JPG" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="1200" data-original-height="1600" /></a>proceeded to checkout already imagining the possibility of how delicious these might be. So I get home, mouth watering ready for these life changing chips. I'll have to admit, these really do have the taste of the infamous nachos. I mean, as much as a potato chip can. They have this tangy, cheesy taste with the crunch of a good corn chip. And quiet as kept, Dollar Tree has some of the best chips. My favorite is their Utz Sour Cream n Onion. And then dip those in ranch, my goodness. But I digress. I haven't finished the bag so I guess they weren't that great, but I wouldn't count out purchasing them again. This time I would probably dip them in their jalepeno cheddar cheese dip. Overall I would give these a 6/10. Let me know what you think. I have tried and tried to stay consistent on my apple cider vinegar kick. I know about all of the benefits but if there's anything I'm good at its being consistent in my inconsistency. I used to pour some in my tea - and even then, it's a pretty unpleasant taste. Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar now has their vinegar with cinnamon, honey, and lemon. Not only do they have the bottles which I found for $4.49 at Walmart, but they have single serve bottles. I really need to get back on my detox so I purchased the bigger bottle. I don't know why I would expect anything other than apple cider vinegar. I was bamboozled. This mixture tasted the same as regular apple cider vinegar. <br />
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi03i0DJm-f8q7hfeXOHDb20eJw8n9uew9rFwaHMEPH4djSbe0_TlQJ1aqqr7Npm6yCPJAqBcoUljgF-1XC_HheojfL-FGWGCV1eMpnYVMm4lHh3ofmr3C8nykBJVF43s7-nE7z1YPZ9LiA/s1600/ACV+Individuals.JPG" imageanchor="1"><img border="0" data-original-height="1600" data-original-width="752" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi03i0DJm-f8q7hfeXOHDb20eJw8n9uew9rFwaHMEPH4djSbe0_TlQJ1aqqr7Npm6yCPJAqBcoUljgF-1XC_HheojfL-FGWGCV1eMpnYVMm4lHh3ofmr3C8nykBJVF43s7-nE7z1YPZ9LiA/s320/ACV+Individuals.JPG" width="150" /></a> <br />
They also offered the individual size. At $4.98 from Walmart, you can buy the bigger bottles and just pour them in separate cups from the dollar store. But I guess you pay for convenience. </div>

<br /></div>
Chobani is by far one of my favorite brands when it comes to Greek yogurt. They always seem to be coming out with new flavors and combinations. I found Mint Chocolate Chunk in Walmart for $1.19. On the <a href="http://www.chobani.com/products">Chobani website</a> it is listed under the "Blended" category which is described as "yogurt and fruit mixed together in perfect harmony". Not quite sure how this flavor fits. But anyway, mint and chocolate are two of my favorite combinations. I love it in ice cream, milkshakes, candy bars, etc. Now the thing about this new flavors is that they are hit or miss. Some I have been impressed by, others are quite disappointing. Because of that, I usually have no expectations when trying new flavors. The smell of the yogurt was quite week. It smelled like mint chocolate, but very slight. The texture was no different than other yogurts - thick and smooth. Now the taste, it left quite a bit to be desired. There was no sweetness to it. The taste of mint and chocolate were pretty much close to nonexistent, it was very faint. Overall I would have to give this a 4 out of 10 starts. I would definitely not purchase this again. Have you tried this? Let me know what you think in the comments. What's your favorite Chobani flavor?
By the way, I am working on getting a new camera, please forgive the blurry pictures. <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNSWSx05JGO6KtI0s5aexnMY6djaQ3ufZIgwdWMHYxMI33uFKcvws2TmJInVLo1a4HHqCz4SvYFfWV5BBcB2s5IWN-eerY816y8GUe5TlhjuxkX80sg-hlp5UPniJ-0eViknzG1JbCEg_q/s1600/IMG_1422.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjNSWSx05JGO6KtI0s5aexnMY6djaQ3ufZIgwdWMHYxMI33uFKcvws2TmJInVLo1a4HHqCz4SvYFfWV5BBcB2s5IWN-eerY816y8GUe5TlhjuxkX80sg-hlp5UPniJ-0eViknzG1JbCEg_q/s320/IMG_1422.JPG" width="240" height="320" data-original-width="1200" data-original-height="1600" /></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirG6IKYoAWAklFEsqUjFUmLQo637Rs8wGfa56GSSkd4q8chbSND0hBQ7IlrBYf_G1MF8NquFdo8tB8zdMFGUnNYkjn-Twa69diQXXkHJtDCaS-WnBqa_sFL6lzPAnLYA5VJxuSjGE6z5GI/s1600/IMG_1427.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEirG6IKYoAWAklFEsqUjFUmLQo637Rs8wGfa56GSSkd4q8chbSND0hBQ7IlrBYf_G1MF8NquFdo8tB8zdMFGUnNYkjn-Twa69diQXXkHJtDCaS-WnBqa_sFL6lzPAnLYA5VJxuSjGE6z5GI/s320/IMG_1427.JPG" width="320" height="240" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1200" /></a>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-9797854422732932017-12-16T22:21:00.001-05:002017-12-16T22:21:57.084-05:00New Product Alert Marion's Kitchen<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_Ow4kKi4vd3bOV5SlzVJjnenfGRDfB6cympzgflNy8SZiS-j8HFeQGecgKlesDCWCFp0dB9Sqpqfr_aI7imTgfFfzug0Wwfm_dZ1coxEP5pDV_78lGJFUrj3YAz1dJFGDcom9DZBVk1Yk/s1600/IMG_0916.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_Ow4kKi4vd3bOV5SlzVJjnenfGRDfB6cympzgflNy8SZiS-j8HFeQGecgKlesDCWCFp0dB9Sqpqfr_aI7imTgfFfzug0Wwfm_dZ1coxEP5pDV_78lGJFUrj3YAz1dJFGDcom9DZBVk1Yk/s320/IMG_0916.JPG" width="320" height="240" data-original-width="1600" data-original-height="1200" /></a><div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">

If you're a busy mom like me, or busy, or just lazy, these meal kits are perfect for you. There are three to choose from: the Pad Thai Kit, Kung Pao Kit, and the General Tso Kit. They are made by <a href="http://www.marionskitchen.com/">Marion's Kitchen</a> who specialize in Asian Foods and I found them at Walmart for $5.88. Their foods are gluten and GMO free, with no MSG or artificial flavors. If you have tried them, let me know what you think. I can be a big kid when it comes to my snacks. And
Go Gourmet has created a line of <a href="http://www.slammerssnacks.com/">SuperFood Snacks</a>. They offer four options with pureed fruits and vegetables. They also each contain greek yogurt which is one of our faves here. I found these in Walmart and I have tried apple sauce in pouches and they are really handy, easy snacks. Have you tried these? For some reason, recently I haven't been into potato chips as much as I used to be. But when I saw these new chips from Late July <a href="http://www.latejuly.com/"></a>made with organic yellow corn. There is Nacho Chipotle and Jalepeno Lime. I absolutely hate any chip with lime so I'm sure that will be a no-go but I'm looking to try the Nacho Chipotle. I"m a huge fan of Spicy Nacho Doritos so maybe these will be similar. I found these at my local Walmart.

I would act as if I'm going to utilize these recipes to get to detox and get ready to work on my summer body. But I'm not. I just saw it at The Dollar Tree and thought, "a dollar, why not?".

I'm really excited about these new salad dressings from Hidden Valley. Greek yogurt has become a staple for many people in their quest for healthy eating and weight loss. I am a huge fan of it, although, it doesn't seem that different to me than regular yogurt. There are said to be many <a href="http://www.healthline.com/health/food-nutrition/greek-yogurt-benefits">benefits</a> in eating it. I received a coupon for these and was able to find them in Walmart. They come in Ranch, Cucumber Dill, and Creamy Caesar, and each serving is 60 calories. You can check their <a href="https://www.hiddenvalley.com/products/bottled-dressings/greek-yogurt-dressing/">website</a> for more information. Have you tried this? If so, what did you think?Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-58193421705289544622016-06-26T11:10:00.000-04:002016-07-02T22:36:59.787-04:00Protein Anyone?<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
<br /></div>
So I'm on this protein kick. I have really kicked up my weightlifting and from my research, I need more protein to do well, pretty much <a href="http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/proteinshakebenefits.htm">everything</a>. I already love greek yogurt but I wanted to try more shakes. I have made my own in the past but I wanted the convenience of store bought ones.
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiUUZAOvsY5Pji8GW3GgNG2j3ZDiSz6VzuDm5XKD9RiRwgjQhvYxY9OftPTp8yc_CY5xONNgpP_pgbOv2WyaMzIT3Ka-t870xRmHCXHvyRDWsDSBr9bddpeak_Nw2a2rvBoo2zwCP6O-MU/s1600/IMG_4557.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhiUUZAOvsY5Pji8GW3GgNG2j3ZDiSz6VzuDm5XKD9RiRwgjQhvYxY9OftPTp8yc_CY5xONNgpP_pgbOv2WyaMzIT3Ka-t870xRmHCXHvyRDWsDSBr9bddpeak_Nw2a2rvBoo2zwCP6O-MU/s320/IMG_4557.JPG" /></a><br>
I found this salted caramel protein shake from at Walmart. Now I like their yogurt so I thought that this would be a sure bet. It was about $1.50. It has 12g of protein and 130 calories per serving which is one bottle.Salted caramel seems to be the new "thing" and I have enjoyed it in various forms for the most part. But then there have been some real misses. In this case, it's maybe a 6 out of 10. The shake has the taste of slightly sweet flavored milk. Nothing like salted caramel, which I really wasn't expecting. I probably wouldn't purchase it again.
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMb0vLh6q4E5lWbTte1dEb4Ylrm22gYe52AZLfPiVoo-zM4NEqM5k9QikRppA1PITmUl1YSM4a9QZitTSL1SU3DTqK9ZmXy66sb0J4fK1X8U71xkKTYT2FO_CFoi4p9RkWNDQIL2sqzmB2/s1600/IMG_4741.JPG" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhMb0vLh6q4E5lWbTte1dEb4Ylrm22gYe52AZLfPiVoo-zM4NEqM5k9QikRppA1PITmUl1YSM4a9QZitTSL1SU3DTqK9ZmXy66sb0J4fK1X8U71xkKTYT2FO_CFoi4p9RkWNDQIL2sqzmB2/s320/IMG_4741.JPG" /></a><br>
And then, I tried Smoothie Base Mix. It was about $4.00 for a box of five packets at Walmart. It's a powder, which usually isn't that good so there wasn't any appeal. Until, I saw that they had Vanilla Bean. I looooooove anything Vanilla Bean. It really is my favorite, especially in ice cream. No fancy mixtures or name, just plain Vanilla Bean, so this was a no-brainer. Each serving has 10g of protein and just 100 calories. The directions said it could be mixed in either water or milk. I wanted the maximum taste so I added it to milk. I actually didn't measure anything, I just poured a glass of milk and then the powder. I also half way mixed it all together, but boy oh boy. This shake was absolutely delicious. I actually tasted like a milkshake. It could have easily been a meal replacement. This shake was so good I would drink it just because. I give it a 10 out of 10 and I will definitely be purchasing again. Has anyone tried either of these? If so, what did you think? Being in grad school and a working mom it has been such a struggle trying to keep my (somewhat) healthy eating habits intact.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Oscar Meyer hasn't necessarily been known as the healthiest option, but they come through in a pinch. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">These were $1.97 each at Walmart. Each package has about five grilled chicken pieces and a dipping sauce. I only saw the ones with bbq and teriyaki sauce. From my research I found that there was one with light ranch as well. I ended up heating the chicken in the microwave. </div>
These are actually delicious. The chicken was not too tough and it was extremely well-seasoned. It did have a rubbery texture but it certainly served its purpose. The great thing is right now there are coupons attached where you get $1.00 off when you buy two. These are perfect in a pinch and I'll definitely be buying them again. Before I got so I incredibly busy I was on a smoothie kick. I used Greek yogurt, fruit, milk, protein powder mostly. But like a lot of things lately, I haven't been consistent. I ran across these smoothies from Weight Watchers Smart Ones at my local Food Lion. I spied tropical fruit which was mango and pineapple. They also had strawberry banana and mixed berry. While I wasn't particular about the $2.00 price tag, I was eager to try. <div><br></div><div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUg84FHwceJBjb03ptGnQNuN_uxANXKcYdYxjCKEorsdJZEzSwUPEHdNPMtIllJ0tpXio5XSj0B2IsViuU6ED4kiTpvOfZ8Vokq01aJWHnqOz6J8tSQKUvY7jOTalQ2PhKywIcAWGhw0HK/s640/blogger-image--8172416.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjUg84FHwceJBjb03ptGnQNuN_uxANXKcYdYxjCKEorsdJZEzSwUPEHdNPMtIllJ0tpXio5XSj0B2IsViuU6ED4kiTpvOfZ8Vokq01aJWHnqOz6J8tSQKUvY7jOTalQ2PhKywIcAWGhw0HK/s640/blogger-image--8172416.jpg"></a></div><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJCqWBzVSXkzuYmHKh-85agd0fM0lPV0Rl8Z_vZ13BnorPHUkfA568pQJs__moSYlJJ0Q1kTuieRqLPduxwmrgSHyOYAHoC85eRcisnXpI23yHD-imVruA1hSGNMRC1jdD7lwzhnfB80tp/s640/blogger-image--665811807.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgJCqWBzVSXkzuYmHKh-85agd0fM0lPV0Rl8Z_vZ13BnorPHUkfA568pQJs__moSYlJJ0Q1kTuieRqLPduxwmrgSHyOYAHoC85eRcisnXpI23yHD-imVruA1hSGNMRC1jdD7lwzhnfB80tp/s640/blogger-image--665811807.jpg"></a></div><br></div><br></div><div> I was disappointed in how little was actually in the cup. The smoothie contained 130 calories, .5 grams of fat, 4 grams of fiber, and 6 grams of protein. Not to bad as far as nutritional information but not worth it as far as price. A lot of people don't know that Marshall's or TJ Maxx are great places to find deals. I have a strange relationship with soda, (or pop as our mid-western friends say). I really only drink diet, but I really shouldn't be drinking any. There's something about the taste of a cold, carbonated beverage after a salty snack. I have been able to cut back a little bit but I still have my weak moments. I ran across Zevia zero calorie soda in Walmart for $1.00 for a can and thought it might be a great product to try. It contains no sugar or artificial sweeteners. I chose lemon lime twist although their website shows a pretty big selection. <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/F91B7018-9D4E-48BF-A906-800BDE6CB981/Documents/Blogger/blogger-image-40202442.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/F91B7018-9D4E-48BF-A906-800BDE6CB981/Documents/Blogger/blogger-image-40202442.jpg"></a></div> I could barely wait to try this beverage and in all actuality, it was okay. Of course it was missing that sweet, syrupy taste that I'm accustomed to, but it wasn't all that bad. It was a semi-sweet drink. The lemon-lime taste was obvious, so overall this may be a hit for those who are okay with a less sweet soda or someone who just wants the taste of it. For the price that it was, I probably will not be purchasing it again. <div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/F91B7018-9D4E-48BF-A906-800BDE6CB981/Documents/Blogger/blogger-image--2084366032.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="/var/mobile/Containers/Data/Application/F91B7018-9D4E-48BF-A906-800BDE6CB981/Documents/Blogger/blogger-image--2084366032.jpg"></a></div><br></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-48027697858153583722014-11-12T21:42:00.001-05:002014-11-12T21:42:01.072-05:00New ProductIt have been looking for a low calorie protein drink so I couldn't believe my luck when I ran across these new protein shakes from Dannon. At 140 calories I can fit one in everyday. In addition to Banana and Mixed Berry they have a Vanilla, but of course my favorite would be sold out. Hopefully I can find a coupon for these but I can't wait to try these. <div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGI6P4b6dzgFP4via6rpK8r0XlydcAkbP65xbwkM66ZfMqzRtHlcsI2Ci0DfG3bqlkHUQzB8mxFaH8m-0ywqwnio_01xJPr3cX0xy4VUb6Eii1B0SPj9LlSeRuAa0Y4qjFFKi7JcBJp0lw/s640/blogger-image-2059269209.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhGI6P4b6dzgFP4via6rpK8r0XlydcAkbP65xbwkM66ZfMqzRtHlcsI2Ci0DfG3bqlkHUQzB8mxFaH8m-0ywqwnio_01xJPr3cX0xy4VUb6Eii1B0SPj9LlSeRuAa0Y4qjFFKi7JcBJp0lw/s640/blogger-image-2059269209.jpg"></a></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-45310859752124164772014-10-26T11:15:00.001-04:002014-10-26T11:15:22.323-04:00New ProductI'm not really sold on Weight Watchers candy but some people love them. <br /></div>
I recently started lifting free weights and I absolutely love it. I can actually see a change in my body, most of all my arms and shoulders. Most of the lifting I do right now is upper body and it is absolutely been life changing. I have grown bored with the treadmill and elliptical, plus I wanted to take my weight loss up a notch. After a little research I discovered HIIT Workouts. HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It's goal is to maximize fat burning and muscle building. The workouts last anywhere from 5 to 40 minutes. When doing this you do a series of exercises full effort with a minimum of 10 second to a maximum of 30 second breaks. By having the rest intervals, you spend more time at a higher level of aerobic capacity. Unfortunately they are not offered in my gym but I found two great ones on YouTube that I love. <br/>

I have only been doing these a week and not really consistently. I plan to get back on schedule soon doing these four days a week. I'll keep ya'll updated on my progress. Has anyone tried this? What do you think? nUnknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6606731223878314181.post-45708194623615731232014-09-25T20:08:00.003-04:002014-09-25T20:13:57.875-04:00Marketside's Yogurt Parfait with Diced Apples<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
<br></div>
I think I found my new guilty pleasure. While perusing the aisles at Walmart I ran across a tasty looking treat. The combination of vanilla yogurt, apples and sweetened granola just sounded like it tasted amazing! Plus it was a big serving that could be divided if I so desired. I shelled out the $2.74 for this dairy delight and I must say I am beyond impressed! The yogurt was just the right creaminess and mixed with the tart apples and sweet granola it was seriously addictive. Any one of the toppings could be eaten separately but something about that combination mad me feel like I was being a bad, yet slightly healthy girl. Now I will say that the 330 calories seems high for me to eat in one sitting but I usually save this for a day I lifted my heavy weights and I don't feel live I've really fallen off of the wagon. There was one week where I purchased one every day but I have since scaled back. I saw today that they now have a pineapple parfait, but I'm going to stick with the apple. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrSsUDFwnPwOVO5C4JwPjM2oC_XgP_Qin2celOfbhX6-E6psJnF0WvN9bQcF5uAdl04PH4VYAJEA9cMdkvPhQWAkIhTSsBjCW7vWyNX06USOWj7Msf6flgeFFArtvXIE7RFPW8dbeg58E6/s640/blogger-image-665301974.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrSsUDFwnPwOVO5C4JwPjM2oC_XgP_Qin2celOfbhX6-E6psJnF0WvN9bQcF5uAdl04PH4VYAJEA9cMdkvPhQWAkIhTSsBjCW7vWyNX06USOWj7Msf6flgeFFArtvXIE7RFPW8dbeg58E6/s640/blogger-image-665301974.jpg"></a></div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVpx-ZBlDKC1B2HYSzInpMHg5MhDl-Of7FemNxugR9F4VZZwBGF_K5RHZI16vp1EixNy92VjsIJjQgCXDg5Xsi46TN36bip42od1AOMuQRQ1rkAqikDU5yxfrf-V4IVtqb9eXog5QVWLW4/s640/blogger-image-1538609022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVpx-ZBlDKC1B2HYSzInpMHg5MhDl-Of7FemNxugR9F4VZZwBGF_K5RHZI16vp1EixNy92VjsIJjQgCXDg5Xsi46TN36bip42od1AOMuQRQ1rkAqikDU5yxfrf-V4IVtqb9eXog5QVWLW4/s640/blogger-image-1538609022.jpg"></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhVpx-ZBlDKC1B2HYSzInpMHg5MhDl-Of7FemNxugR9F4VZZwBGF_K5RHZI16vp1EixNy92VjsIJjQgCXDg5Xsi46TN36bip42od1AOMuQRQ1rkAqikDU5yxfrf-V4IVtqb9eXog5QVWLW4/s640/blogger-image-1538609022.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"></a><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwF-hiMh1cE1sJ5HW_UsehniIsM8cIRME6sj2MsBz9J5F139WdcolGF2M0Kzp4XZNP8qE_5GaMS5k2Y_a-0KFBVWTVkUZb4hPlDDxLMQVdqC_Oj_i5cdjbBWYOEVDisSaHc-YjKNpVGT4w/s640/blogger-image--1565940567.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwF-hiMh1cE1sJ5HW_UsehniIsM8cIRME6sj2MsBz9J5F139WdcolGF2M0Kzp4XZNP8qE_5GaMS5k2Y_a-0KFBVWTVkUZb4hPlDDxLMQVdqC_Oj_i5cdjbBWYOEVDisSaHc-YjKNpVGT4w/s640/blogger-image--1565940567.jpg"></a><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFEbFykKvLQ9DSN0UDV8ObVS7nXcLbKEc8VhdMsYm_f7iIbNfP9cJLh4mFQBxN9WWPrnI8YZ92IvHzsIOCxSDkxsYNN2oK76-KOARFLrf_AZmsuef6bArsPPs4xFPE4JWzUgdYuXqLdBlU/s640/blogger-image--45008092.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFEbFykKvLQ9DSN0UDV8ObVS7nXcLbKEc8VhdMsYm_f7iIbNfP9cJLh4mFQBxN9WWPrnI8YZ92IvHzsIOCxSDkxsYNN2oK76-KOARFLrf_AZmsuef6bArsPPs4xFPE4JWzUgdYuXqLdBlU/s640/blogger-image--45008092.jpg"></a></div><br></div></div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
